A warm and welcoming environment and staff. Very clean space and professional service. I recently purchased a second pair of orthotics, this time the new Cryos ones and I'm impressed! Arranging an appointment was very easy and fast. Reception is extremely pleasant, called me by name and spoke with me as if I'd been there before. The exam was first done by Tony's assistant who was extremely thorough and quick. Tony did a quick exam and then scanned my feet for orthotics. Then a full body scan was done by his assistant. All done very quickly and thoroughly. Quite interesting how quickly the whole process is done. The Custom 3D ortotics are fantatic! I have used orthotics, with varying, limited degrees of success for many, manyyears until these.  The care in taking the scans was great and the resulting orthocics are the bestIi have ever had. I have had orthotics made from casts, foam impressions and from 5 different scanning systems before this and none of the others even came close.

Went to see Tony with a pain problem in my foot. $600 later I was no better. He totally misdiagnosed my problem. Instead of selling shoe inserts he should have referred me to an orthopaedic surgeon who could hav properly diagnosed my problem as Morton’s  neuroma.
I even left a message asking him to suggest a suitable surgeon. No reply ! I would not recommend him at all. Save your money  and unless all you want is a foot massage  and your nails trimmed, stay away.
